Breaking things up into areas helps too. I have a tendency to have an everywhere-all-at-once-approach, but it’s always better when I limit myself to one area, like clearing off the table or the entryway or my bedroom floor. Because then when you’re done, you can both see and experience the distinctly improved space, which helps motivate to make more spaces feel like that
Doing things while doing other things is also top tier. For example, I empty the dishwasher while waiting for water to boil/pasta to cook/microwave or toaster to finish/etc. You only have that limited time, so it’s like a race. And on low energy days, it’s just a time limit — you’ll do the task for that long, and then you stop regardless of how far you’ve gotten
