call the office & go through the steps for an appointment. I know with every doctors office i’ve been to there’s been an options menu when you call before you’re actually connected to a person

1) call your insurance to see if they can recommend providers that are covered by your insurance 2) call everyone on that list; if you’re a first-time patient you’ll get booked farther out depending on how many patients the doctor sees on a regular basis 3) once you’ve decided on a provider that suits your needs, verify that they accept your insurance before confirming your appointment 4) add the appointment to your calendar and be there on time 👍🏼
