what I hate the most about my ADHD is my reading incomprehension because why have I read the same sentence 20 times and STILL don’t know what it means 😭

Usually im good, but sometimes i need an audiobook to read alongside and sometimes i have to force it by breaking up the sentence and thinking rlly hard abt what it could mean

the simultaneous visual-and-audio reading is great for comprehension and processing, but i can also only keep up that level of focus in like 5-minute intervals 😭

Tbh what helps me is audio only and doing some other repetitive task so I can focus on listening idk how to describe it
