According to Merriam-Webster, gullible means "easily duped or cheated". It describes someone who is naive and readily believes things without sufficient evidence or critical thinking. The word can also be used to describe the state of being easily tricked and it’s NOT a picture of you

I try to assume Innocent until proven otherwise. But I trust my gut and research. But yeah. Just because I don’t want to assume that everyone in the world is up to get me does not make me gullible.

I know the definition and I have a healthy amount of skepticism. But I’m talking about people who will just randomly lie about normal stuff that makes you wonder why they’d lie in the first place
