Here’s the strategy: Take whatever topic you have and break into the smallest pieces until you get to something that is concrete. Concrete meaning something that is set in stone, meaning that it cannot be changed or interpreted any different than what it says or what is documented.

From there take those concrete things and learn and explore as much as you can about them, in the time that you have, to get a better idea and/or grasp of how to begin to put those concrete items into a more abstract category, structure, or framework that your assignment requires.
