Take an improv class or something along those lines. I’m a total theatre kid so interviews are very easy for me bcos I just play the role of “Sociable and Brilliant Person Who’s Perfect for This Job”. I’ve had multiple bosses tell me that irl I’m nothinggg like who they thought they were hiring, but they don’t mind bcos I’m still nice and competent

prepare for the questions in advance! most interviews I've been in ask pretty similar questions so you can look up most common questions asked and also be ready to say why this company/line of work is of interest to you

Find most common interview questions. Rehearse answers. Profit. Many interview answers have a format like start with the background and then how you solved the problem, and some have fancy acronyms to remember said format. Lots of help online if you know where to look.
