I’m really bad at making eye contact, especially when I’m passing someone as I’m walking outside. I don’t know when to look, I get anxious and break contact too early and flit my eyes around awkwardly, and I don’t know how long to properly look at people

I always feel more comfortable looking up when I’m walking when it’s a woman I’m passing by, I’m sorry if this sounds sexist I just don’t have guy friends and I feel more awkward when I’m around guys.
