anyone else paranoid about accidentally suffocating themself in their sleep like a literal infant or is it just me? i can’t have a blanket near my face or i can’t sleep cause im convinced it’ll get wrapped over my face and i wont be able to breathe

i have a deviated septum so i genuinely cant breathe if there’s a blanket over my face; if im sick and congested i dont even need a blanket to suffocate, i just will i.e. i think this is a completely valid fear 😭😭
