If you can’t change venues… baseball cap and/or sunglasses!! The cap helps to create a “barrier” or sorts so while it’s bright it’s not insanely overstimulating Very helpful for me! Esp on migraine days.. and if anyone says anything just say “migraine” and people are usually understanding.
