For a lot of them it’s more accurate to say society makes it harder for them to function. It’s a different way the brain can be wired, not a sickness. And frequently can actually be a benefit there’s a reason people in higher education have higher rates of neurodivergence. You’re just advocating for eugenics for the sake of a made up idea of convenience

it’s not a “made up idea.” i’ve seen people take their lives or become shut ins due to their illnesses. obviously there are some people who can function with it, like every illness. just because you like ur adhd cause you think it makes you quirky doesn’t mean everyone else does. i think sperm banks should have the best sperm quality, why would you want a kid to suffer. if that makes me pro-eugenics than sure

Except frequently it’s not actually about their neurodivergence. It’s how they’re treated because of it. For example sick fucks like you calling people ill because their head doesn’t work like yours. Or again YOU using stereotypes to demean people based on their neurodivergence or even just perceived neurodivergence. Instead of asking better of society you want to treat people like dogs. it’s called a mental ILLNESS. so it is not wrong to call them ill. its not like people treat them a way because they are neurodivergent, they treat them a way because of how their mental illness affects their actions. it is harder for people with mental illnesses to act “normal” in a society. yes it is partially the NT’s fault, but they are just reacting in a way that IS the normal reaction. you are acting like i am hitler or the antichrist for wanting the best life for all children

No it isn’t, the term mental illness has been phased out for years in favor of mental disorder and even that one is being slowly phased out for the same reason mental illness was phased out.
