I like to empty the dishwasher while I cook. Bc otherwise I just stand there impatiently looking at my food and trying to will it into cooking faster lol

Today I started boiling my eggs for breakfast and while I was waiting for that I started my laundry but then I was waiting again so I also made my protein coffee for the week. I swear I’m only productive while waiting.

I feel like most people learn this at a very young age 😭 if you’re not doing anything you can do something productive instead… mind blowing

All my dumbass could think about while reading this was the amount of making food references that person used as examples 😆

Then you burn it and have to throw it all away and start over, and now you REALLY have nothing to do but watch it cook.

Not when you’ve gotten cooking down to a science. I know exactly the temperature and timing I need for everything I cook. All I need is to set a timer and I’m good

Some people have trouble organizing tasks in their head or understanding how long things take, so even if this is obvious for some people, it’s not obvious for everyone

I half agree and half disagree. I would say multitasking is doing multiple tasks at the same time, whereas some of these suggested things have enough waiting time that it’s a different concept than multitasking.

Oh I just don't set timers i'm too lazy and forget sometimes
