I wish I knew. It genuinely bugs me how all women are generally sexualized- and it bothers me worse to know neurodivergent girls are sought after even more in such a way at times. I just think people should stop being creeps

(I’m a ND girl and this is how my therapist explained it to me) a lot of us are seen as ditsy or not understanding of the world around us. Men see us as easily taken advantage-of-able. So they seek after us and take advantage of our poor social skills and how sometimes we don’t always read cues right away. This can put us in harms way because we don’t always see their bad intentions right away. They know this and thus seek us out.
