
I used to have this problem, I’d recommend using a puzzle alarm. Makes sure that, if you want it to turn off, you have to at least be conscious enough to solve a puzzle. Idk all of the options, but I use Alarmy and always use the color block memorizing puzzle, always on the highest difficulty. If I trust I’ll wake up pretty quickly, I set it to do 1-5 of those puzzles. If I don’t trust I’ll wake up quickly, I set it to do 25. It is HELL and legit takes like 3 minutes and I hate every second of-
