genuine question: how do you guys cope with overwhelming happy feelings? sometimes when i get super happy it feels like my body doesn’t know what to do with itself and then my brain chemicals crash for a little while- how do you regulate your emotions?

i’d say get into something physical to maybe occupy your body — like playing Just Dance or doing the ACNH stretching exercises or using the Finch app workout routine timers. for me, singing gets the thoughts out of my head and occupies my body, breathing, and brain waves all at once.
