Neurodivergent on Yik Yak | Got our recently. I definitely felt calmer/better there, but I think it’s because it took me out of the environment and away from people that traumatized me. I’m glad to be out, but I also feel stressed again, now that I’m back in the same situations :/

I recently got diagnosed with audhd, as well as MDD and anxiety. The last two years have been turmoil. I’m getting self-admitted into a hospital rn. Could use some good luck wishes and maybe some encouraging stories about your own experiences :)
