anyone have tips for what to do when sensory overload/meltdown has been getting a lot worse lately? it’s like i’m hyper aware of everything touching my body and every sense and it’s all too much and i have no clue how to remedy it :(

I feel something has been stressing you out on the underline, and until it’s addressed you’ll be extraaaa sensitive and won’t have as much energy to avoid meltdowns or help calm you during one. I go cocoon or burrito on my bed, fetal position with my arms to my chest and I just lay there till I feel better. I have to do my breathing techniques too so I can regulate my system. I hope this helps 🫶🏼
