I feel something has been stressing you out on the underline, and until it’s addressed you’ll be extraaaa sensitive and won’t have as much energy to avoid meltdowns or help calm you during one. I go cocoon or burrito on my bed, fetal position with my arms to my chest and I just lay there till I feel better. I have to do my breathing techniques too so I can regulate my system.
