Scalp pickers club 🙃 I didn’t realize the silicone things existed. Maybe I should purchase some fingertip jail for the bad days.

I highly recommend it! It’s so much better than gloves bc it doesn’t make my hands all sweaty and they have like these little textured bumps on them so they still provide some stimulation to scratch that itch. My only complaint is that the box of them I got came with a bunch of super big ones so I can only really jail four fingers max at a time. So like- don’t be an idiot like me; make sure it comes with at least 6 small ones.

I also recommend press ons. Medium too long. I’ve found it creates a barrier in between my nails and my skin so I can’t get my nails under my skin to peel it off. So that helps. And bonus is that they’re ✨pretty✨

These are great tips! (literally and figuratively lol.) press on didn’t quite work to keep me from picking skin other than my hands, but they did save me during a nailbiting week, so that was good.
