Look you have to go outside and see people sometimes. Your brain will start going crazy if you don’t do that sometimes. Seeing people in person and talking to them will help you. That doesn’t mean you can’t relax home alone you just have to also go out and be at least a little bit social sometimes, for your mental health.
Not speaking directly to you but people who might come here to argue. And yes some people are not mentally stable or physically healthy enough to leave their house and hopefully they have friends and family to come over and socialize with them. But being able to go outside and socialize sometimes is a very good goal to have and important thing to do if that is a possibility for you.
