I legitimately do not believe the Eagles have ever used a time out to stop the clock this year. Like it may be 0 times they only time they ever use them is when the play clock runs out

Cus they dont, no other team in the league is waiting til 23 seconds to take a time out in that spot. But every team will throw short of the first to get into a better spot for a FG when they know they can’t get the first or have no time. Thats what the Eagles did
