Vrabel is an upgrade but that offense ain't gonna be interesting. I think its an individual odd hire because you need a coach to develop Maye and personally I think Josh Mcdaniels is ass juice.

McDaniels isn’t the world’s best coach but he’s not getting poached for HC jobs ever again and made Mac Jones look competent so that’s somewhat an upgrade 😭 I’m thinking we win 6 games

I mean that's fair. I think mcdaniels is fine X and Os wise but his personality is so bad. I can't see him developing a qb. Cause vrabel stays out of the offense he essentially is a HC of just the offense and vrabel will not question it. That's part of why he was fired in TN. He wouldn't even acknowledge his incompetent OCS
