You like maye bc he’s done slightly better in a few games? You’re just completely ignoring the rest of the schedule and how Stafford still has almost 10 more tds than maye, same amount of ints, and how Stafford is playing in probably the best division in football when maye faced the e dolphins and the jets twice?

If Drake Maye had a tougher schedule and was even 10-6 rn, he wouldn’t even be in MVP contention

The only thing better than seeing how playing perform h2h, is seeing how they perform against common opponents. The patriots beat the teams that the rams couldn’t.

Expect he’s not. Hes 13-3 against the teams that are on his schedule.

Stafford also does not have a loss to a team with a top 5 draft pick. (Maye lost to the raiders who have the 1st overall pick)

Yes, but what I’m arguing is that Stafford’s 11-5 record is more impressive than Maye’s 13-3 record. If instead both teams had a similar strength of schedule, Maye would have had significantly lower stats and would have been much worse than Stafford in most metrics

Of their 5 losses, the Rams lost by a total of 17 points, including 2 OT losses. In their 3 losses, the Patriots lost by a combined 18 points, with 0 OT losses. The Pats also lost to the Raiders, one of their two total wins this season
