Yes but Hurts is better, while Goff may not have as many physical limitations as Hurts he does however lack a clutch gene. Both in great situations when something goes wrong like for instance the ground game being stopped. Goff buckles and chokes bc he’s not able to make plays on his own. Hurts however if he still has great pass blocking is able to make plays and step up in high pressure moments. I will say tho that Hurts has the better OL and the better receiving options.

However, I still don’t think Goff would be able to perform as well as Hurts is able to if they were put in the exact same situation (team, issue, team playing against etc.).
