This deal is really just a 1 year, $20M contract. Which is still a huge deal for a backup but not what the numbers are advertised as

It’s the Mahomes type money that gets me. I understand Mr. Bowl cut is desperate and keeps throwing bags at coaches and QBs, but how tf do you not learn from the mistakes of the Vikings AND the Falcons?
