Hot take- Shaduer is gonna have a better career than cam Ward. Only because he’s sitting on the bench and learning while cam will be ruined and get ptsd from playing for the titans.

I think the only hot part of that take is that Shedeur is going to do anything, I’m pretty confident Ward will suck bc he’s in a bad situation and needs a lot of development (in college he would sometimes make Will Levis level bad turnovers)

these are such tired takes, cam's gonna improve and get nfl reps while already being better than shedeur, meanwhile shedeur rots on the browns bench because they aren't developing shit

I think he becomes a Ryan tannehill equivalent in 4-5 years but that’s something compared to a man who’s going to get killed in TN. Like their OL is legitimately a danger to every QB and RB alive.

So one is a fringe starter/ backup and the other is just dead like dead on arrival dead

You are heavily underrating how bad a situation TN is. They have no OL. Like none worth a damn.

The thing is I don’t think the Browns WANT to put in the effort to develop Shedeur, especially since they drafted Gabriel ahead of him. It felt like a pick Haslam forced them to make to me

I think Haslam forcing it is why they will make that effort. Dillon Gabriel is now an after thought. The owner has chosen who he wants to be developed and the coaches will be fired if they don’t.

you're heavily overrating shedeur's ceiling AND the demonstrated lack of ability to develop qbs by the browns

Acting like Cleveland is any better

Not really more that sitting and waiting because your buried on a chart is better than being put on the field. He’ll get moved to a better team and learn from a vet. Instead of dying. Hence why i said purely because he’s riding bench. No rookie qb should ever start. stroud and Daniels were miracles but for the most part it’s a career death sentence.
