nah i’m talking about the NFL itself, nobody drafted him until the 5th, NFL told teams not to draft him early but then post him a million times

unfounded rumors about the nfl telling teams not to draft him don't make him 'neglected', dude's been treated like a golden boy despite every draft source confirming the red flags people could see at colorado, and he's gotten chances to get a roster spot just to get outperformed when he wasn't the only healthy qb playing a high school defense
