Universal healthcare means you go in front of a board who deems whether or not your sick enough for treatment, and 9 times out of 10, you’re put on a waitlist until you die, or they tell you “you’re not sick enough, have a nice life” and you die in 2 weeks when you could’ve gotten treated for it
