You can be a franchise QB and just be GOOD nothing more nothing less and there’s nothing wrong with that. Hurts has proven that he does need a good/great situation to perform at a high level and that’s ok bc Howie has consistently given Hurts good/great situations outside of a couple bad play callers. While he has flaws they are manageable and are easily able to be hidden with the roster construction and good/great play calling that the Eagles have had. That is why he’s viewed as a good QB

Some teams don’t ever even get their hands on a Hurts so when a team is able to get someone who can be consistent and they know how to utilize them then that team will keep them at QB until they’re consistently proven wrong with him at QB.
