Nobody’s calling it that. New York doesn’t get to have any claim over MetLife that’s some bullshit. Maybe they should’ve finished the soccer stadium they’re building in time if they wanted their name on the billing, but then again that’s only going to have like half the capacity of MetLife

Yeah I know lmao that’s what the “but then again was for”. Maybe if the jets actually move to Long Island and build a stadium there then they can have their New York stadium the next time they decide to have their World Cup in the us. Which honestly will probably be within the next 5 world cups I have no doubt there’s going to be a Qatar esque controversy again forcing them to go with the safest option. Us
