The Bengals got to a position with Burrow where they were contenders and lost it due to organizational incompetence. It’s not like the Bengals have been poverty and carried by Burrow since he was drafted.

the Bengals offense and defense are totally contradictory in success/nature; Burrow quarterbacks said offense. it’s really not any more complicated than that.

it really was! and it’s god awful right now. aging players, expiring contracts, underwhelming late round drafting, poor overall construction. All things that fall in the FO’s realm of supervision. they’re not the Saints, but they’re wasting time hesitating doling out cash and it’s digging them in a deeper hole in the long run
