If you’re confident that your 1st round pick is going to be in the 20’s anyway, use it to trade for a proven guy. I think top 10 picks should be kept but I don’t place much value on 1st rounders outside of the top ten. We see trades like George Pickens for a 3rd go through, Quinnen Williams for a 1st and 2nd, if you think you’re close to contending or hell if you think you have the right coaching staff to contend then you should go get your guy and be willing to give up what it takes to get him

The NFC and AFC North teams shouldn’t have domed stadiums. Yes it makes it better for the fans to have them but the north is where old school football should still be played. Give me bad weather and tough players
