Yeah but 1 year is not enough for a young QB especially since Press Taylor was there and was calling plays still that year but was limited to calling plays for only half of games.

I could come up with 10 hypotheticals for several unsuccessful injury prone QBs on why they weren’t failed by themselves, but that doesn’t change the qb continuing to not have success and that team eventually having to do a reset and move on from said qb though, becoming a qb2 on another team where they either become the worst or best version of themself if given the opportunity to start again

TLaw had success when Doug Pederson was calling the plays for at least a half of each football game. It was very evident then that TLaw has what it takes to be a good NFL QB. Doug then decided to let Press Taylor fully take over play calling duties and since then TLaw hasn’t been his best bc he has morons calling the plays. It was awesome that they got Coen this offseason but then they got Waldron who has failed everywhere he’s went. It’s pretty obvious that he’s the problem when guys struggle

When he’s coaching but as soon as he leaves guys blossom and play much better. It’s not a coincidence that BTJ looks like he’s regressed and that Hunter hasn’t been as good as he was expected to be.
