Not calling it doesn’t mean it’s not a penalty, it just means that it’s not enforced which is exactly what me and that other commenter are pushing for

That’s like saying taking 3 steps in basketball isn’t a travel because it’s not called in the nba. It’s still a travel it’s just not called correctly
