I’ll say being right about coaches 2/3 times isn’t bad. I was a casual until Matt Nagy came to town and I wasn’t a fan of him. I hated eberflus so much. I was right about those two so if I’m wrong here my rating is still pretty good

depends on how, not much to call the coaches on if they set the culture and call a 21st century scheme. if you get a josh mcdaniels locker room or adam gase playcalls that’s on the coach, but you could also have a case like where baker failed with the browns because no one gave a shit and they would rather kick him out than start caring about the game. a 3-13 dan campbell year where everything is good except for the talent would hurt, but that would be on the gm
