Except people were a lot higher on the 2023 Eagles, while the 2022 chiefs were supposed to be the worst team in their division. So.. we’ll see.

2022 Chiefs won the Super Bowl. The Lions are no where near that position. Their best chance was last season when they still had all that coaching staff. Now they lost most of it. Gonna be interesting to see how this season goes for them

And prior to the season, no one thought the chiefs were capable of doing that. Chiefs had lost Tyreek and several key players on their defense, while the rest of their division got considerably better. So.. parallels could be drawn either way. Not saying the lions are guaranteed to go 14-3 or 15-2 and win the SB, but assuming they’ll go 7-10 and be 4th in their division just bc they lost Ben Johnson is also ludicrous
