True but he’d be fucked as well. If you hold out an entire season (training camp, OTAs and all) the team keeps your rights and you’re still with them the next year, at least that’s what I’ve been told surrounding the Micah situation. Plus he’s a late late second round pick he don’t really got the cash to hold out. I’d be more worried about a hold out if he got tagged and requested a trade afterwards
