Shanahan is still one of the best schemers out there and he actually acts like an adult. Sirianni is genuinely one of the most annoying dudes in the league. He’s got the maturity of a 6 year old who spends all his time screaming and arguing with the fans in the stand

Depends what you like. Sirianni is more of a hype the team up type of coach, Kyle is more of an X’s and O’s type guy. Can’t argue against Sirianni winning, even tho he’s always had top tier rosters.

One has a Super Bowl, one doesn’t. Pretty obvious answer here

I mean I see the value in having a rah rah culture guy, but also we all watched the Super bowl. The Eagles outclassed the Chiefs at literally every position that game. Any one of us could have cheered on that team while the coordinators told the really good players to win the game.

Nick Foles has a Super bowl. He’s clearly better than Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, and Joe Burrow.

I agree. He’d be useless if he wasn’t that guy tho. Kyle is basically the niners. It sucks he hasn’t won one

I really can only blame Kyle so much. I think he’s pretty clearly the 2nd best coach in the league when you just look at his scheme and how much he does for that offense.

Yeah, Reid is in his own tier, then it’s Shanahan and McVay as the next two.

“Why is it different?”. The coaches coach the team and QBs play football. U really making me answer this like I’m Booger McFarland

Can we agree that for both coaches and QBs, the results of the game are not entirely within their control?

Sirianni blew out the guy who beat him the first time and has never had a losing season. He’s also made the playoffs every season as head coach. All of those things are something that Shanafraud can’t say

Siriani inherited a phenomenal roster. How many guys get to enter their coaching career with a team that had won the Superbowl just 3 years prior? How many coaches get to start off with THREE ALL PROS on the offensive line?

“A phenomenal roster” that went 4-11-1 the year before he came and was stuck being 9-7 two years before that. And he took that roster to greater heights and to the playoffs in his first season. I swear the hate on Sirianni is so forced

And guess what the 9ers record was in 2016? 5-11. Sirianni was in the right place at the right time for Howie Roseman to assemble one of the most stacked rosters in NFL history for him to coast on. He literally doesn’t even call the plays lmao, he’s just a hype guy.

So then why can’t Shanahan win the big game with a stacked roster of his own? Explain that one to me

It’s rare to win a superbowl. Guys can be great and not get one, and guys can be mediocre and luck into them. It happens. Again, Joe Flacco has a ring and Lamar Jackson doesn’t.
