2018 and 2019 would be the same for the Bills, 2020 they’d make the Super Bowl but lose to the Bucs, 2021 I think they’d make it and keep it close with the Rams but also fall short, 2022 and 2023 they lose in the AFC Championship Game, both to the Bengals and Ravens, and 2024 they make it back but lose to the Eagles. So yeah, still 0 unfortunately
