I’ve seen a bunch of people on social media and here talking about how Howie isn’t actually that good and he just got lucky with picks and coordinator hires, and fire Sirianni going 4-2 after winning the Super Bowl is also ridiculous

Well Howie is the best GM in the league so those people aren’t bright. Siri deserves to be fired bc he doesn’t call plays (when he does it sucks) or hold weight in staff/roster creation and those are pretty important things that people get hired as HCs for. On top of that if they’d have just promoted one of their good OCs (Moore or Steichen) they wouldn’t have to deal with constant turnover at OC and have inconsistent play calling which they cannot afford.

Hurts is a good QB but he’s not elite/great where he can play above poor play calling. He does have some negatives to his game that need to be schemed around and Steichen did it the best as we barely seen those flaws and instead just seen a juggernaut of an offense and it was the best that Hurts ever looked. That was the year that got people talking about Hurts being in that top 5-10 conversation.
