As a Giants fan, Dart can have his own opinions but actions always have consequences. Can’t be doing ts as the QB and face of the team. Esp when the world is so divided, and our current president is under a lot of fire for weird shi.

I mean celebrities use their platform all the time to spread what they believe in. If that’s what he believes in then good for him. Who are we to decide what people can and can’t say

Dart can have his own opinions and do whatever he wants just as anyone else can. But if you choose to voice them in support of a politician when you’re the face of a franchise, you’re involving yourself in politics, and that might come with consequences.

He can do and think whatever he wants, but when you’re the face of an entire franchise being QB1, that might come with consequences… and is.

What consequences? He’s not going to lose a job from spending his free time doing what he wants to do

Dude…. the consequence of damaging your reputation when you just started. I didn’t say he will lose his job, it’s just bad PR given the world’s political climate. He chose to move forward with that offer knowing he is the face of a team and that not only some of his teammates don’t agree with but half of the country also doesn’t agree with. He will live and learn. it’s not like he just attended an event.

except maga conservatives so frequently yell at athletes protesting racism or police brutality to shut up and play or keep politics out of sports. meanwhile these losers are cheered on for propping up the pedo burning down our country and funding a genocide.

Consequences being damaging your own reputation when you’re brand new to the league😭 Yes, what you do in your life as a public figure and face of a franchise matters. Brands and sponsors are not going to want to work with you when you have bad PR. That can’t be difficult to understand…

So just people like you bitching then. Brands work with controversial figures all the time so it’s really just the bitching. Bitching and moaning isn’t as powerful as you think it is.

I’m the one who said Dart can have his own opinions. People talk about trending topics, this being one of them. Brands work with controversial figures, but if someone is under a lot of fire, safe brands are not going to want to work with him, risking their reputation. Just a stupid PR move on his end to go the political route in a time where everyone is so politically divided. All I said lmao, have a good one bro.
