Yeah for sure, he has RB2 upside (As long as it's a 10/12 team league)

i’m new to fantasy but yes it’s a 10 team league. but what does the amount of teams have to do w it?

As the amount of teams decrease, good players are more plentiful. 8 team leagues so shallow that JCM would almost certainly never even sniff your starting lineup
