I hate how much I’ve bought in to the Cowboys, because I know I probably won’t be right, but I love what they did in the offseason to fix the defense and the Rams feel so obvious to me that something is bound to go wrong. I might look stupid in a few months but I might also look like a genius

Not even us Cowboys fans have bought in this hard to our team 😭 while we’ve definitely improved our defense enough to sneak into the playoffs I fear the divisional round is our current limit

It goes without saying I want the Patriots to win the AFC and the Super Bowl, and I think we’re a better constructed team than we were last season, but the Broncos are a better team on paper

I want us too, and I full believe that we could, but if I’m being objective and not just a homer the Broncos are a better team on paper. If we had the line that Denver does I’d take us all day long but we saw in the playoffs last year how quickly that can derail an otherwise very good team. I think the line will be better this year but until they play some games I’m gonna be more cautiously optimistic rather than be shout from the rooftops that we’re going win consecutive conference titles

I’ll put it to you like this, Drake Maye isn’t the reason I’d say the Patriots won’t repeat as conference champs

I think he’ll be good this year but voter fatigue is a real thing and if the Cowboys are as good as I think they’ll be this year then Dak will have ridiculous numbers, a good narrative, plus the big market bonus

Btw a QB and his WR have never won MVP and OPOY in the same year

I hadn’t thought of that, my runners up were Puka and Gibbs

I’m honestly surprised I haven’t gotten any comments from Eagles fans yet

I am firmly on the Dak MVP bandwagon though, numbers will be ridiculous we just need statement wins against playoff teams

If you get anything from your edge rushers you’ll have a very good front 4, you have a DC who can tie his own shoes for the first time since Quinn left and an offense that will probably lead the league in scoring. That’s a championship caliber team

And although I was skeptical last season I have really come around on Scotty
