Has Jacksonville not been a more poverty team over their history than the titans. Currently yes they are light years ahead but that’s a rarity among their history in division together. It’s almost always Texans/ colts flip flopping- titans a distant third- then jags a close 4th. Every single year. Titans have more playoff appearances than the jags so that’s where that comes from.

I mean the Titans certainly aren’t that great historically but at least have had some kind of success throughout their history. They had a winning record from 2016-2021 and had playoff appearances throughout that period even being the 1 seed in 2021. They also have been to a Super Bowl despite losing it, something the Jags and Texans have never done before
