I haven’t seen the vision with them in years and yet somehow Mike Tomlin still doesn’t have a losing season and they continuously have 9-8/10-7 seasons

I think the issue is more with his and the front office’s refusal to plan for the long term future and just blow up the roster. They are trying to compete without a quarterback, which just is not possible. If they had traded Watt already and conceded to being bad for even just one year, they could’ve gone out and gotten a guy to actually raise the ceiling, but they won’t

I don’t think Tomlin is a bad coach either when he has a team to work with, but the stubbornness to insist on being competitive with a roster that does not have any upside is maddening.
