That’s not how it works. The law is built under “innocent until proven guilty”. There is no publicly available video of Diggs “nearly killing is personal chef” so unlike with the Metcalf situation, they can’t make suspensions until a court ruling comes out.

Patriots knew about it for over a month and continued to let him play so it wouldn’t be dealt with till after the postseason That’s disgusting and with the players history I’m not assuming innocence

My guy. Athletes receive allegations all the time. In the court, the prosecution can’t put into motion for a trial until there is reasonable concern. You never know what happens behind the scenes, but it’s more often than not that the prosecution needed the last month to find enough evidence to raise “reasonable concern”. Until that motion gets put in place, it’s just the daily accusation that celebrities face. Also you saying “i’m not assuming innocence” tells me everything i need to know 😂
