I mean yeah I do because if the quality of the product became so bad that a decent amount of people did quit their subscription, they’d lose more money than the ads were generating for them. Especially when their product is freely accessible online from multiple services that illegally pirate it. They care what people think when it hurts the bottom line and they don’t want to immediately fuck over an investment they just made
