What’s always been crazy to me is how these guys can be great coordinators but absolutely horrible HC…..like what???

You know what, that makes sense lol But eventually it’s a department manager that ends up a store manager so do they need more time and experience? Cus a lot of them have that and end up back as coordinators.

Some just aren’t cut out or underestimate the transition to being responsible for basically everything that happens in the franchise and all the pressure since they get the blame most of the time
