I don’t think so, yeah Tua was seen as a more NFL ready QB but Herbert had more physical upside and Tua was going into the draft with a hip injury that he had surgery for.

Fair enough. My reasoning is that a lot of scouts thought Tua was closer to burrow than Herbert was to Tua. Mostly because Herbert didn’t display enough touch on his throws and was kind of inaccurate

Yeah I’m aware that Herbert was seen as a little bit more of a raw QB and Tua was seen as a guy with little flaws that could lead a team immediately.
