They don’t get to use offensive penalties to prolong the game, they’d only get a redo if defensive penalty hindered them

But the result of the play was a TD. So if you accept it it should be a 10 yard penalty and a redo??? Why does the clock matter?

Accept the penalty, but the clock is at 0, no untimed down because the offense committed the penalty
