Tbf you can go decently far with a bad offensive play caller. Just look at the 2023 eagles. They went 11-6 with two terrorists calling their O and D, and they fired the defensive terrorist midseason in favor of an even worse one. Like going from the unabomber to the Oklahoma City bomber. Actually more like going from Boston marathon guy to osama bin Laden
