Saying you’d most likely rather take Jalen Hurts over prime Ben Roethlisberger and Russell Wilson is hilarious

There’s a reason the like to comment ration is nearly 3:1. If this was a sensible post there would only be like 100 comments on it. I lowkey be using the number of comments as a dislike button. Also helps the 643k views and only 1.6k likes

I don’t even think he’d be the best qb in bears history lol

Never compare Jalen Hurts to prime Cam again

I’m confused why they have the Rams as “no” if they have the Lions and Cardinals as “yes.” Unless he was thinking of someone from a lot further back like Norm Van Brocklin (which I doubt) their best QB is probably either Stafford, who also played with the Lions, or Warner, who also played with the Cardinals

Who cares, wins arent a qb stat

Very charger fan thing to say, since the franchise as a whole clearly doesn’t care for winning either

Not disagreeing with your point, just shitting on the chargers cus they suck ass

Yeah hurts would never fumble the ball and watch it get taken away when he realistically could’ve made the dive and gotten it back. Hurts would never lose a Super Bowl to a team with a qb that played so bad an edge rusher won Super Bowl mvp

Not disagreeing with your point, prime newton definitely had a better regular season, just here to do some shitting

Hurts would never take a team with Ted Ginn as their WR1 to the Super Bowl. No more argument needed

You’d rather have a stat padder than a winner? Hurts has won his division more times than Herbert has

Super Bowl Champion Trent Dilfer better than stat padder Dan Marino confirmed?

To be fair, it’s a little hard to win ur division when u share it with a dynasty in the Chiefs lol

Acting like Ted Ginn didn’t have 10 touchdowns and didn’t drop a single pass until the sb 💀

If he was a bad receiver he wouldve dropped a pass in the 18 games they played before the sb

Not that he’s bad, but on a SB team…he should be WR3/4. Cam took that team to the top

Okay I agree with you on that but I also believe that Cam Newton wasnt as good in the pros as he was in college. He couldnt compete in the NFL. I kinda feel like he wasnt really prepared for what was going on. Like in college he was A GREAT but in the NFL he was just average

Anonymous replying to -> #10 14w

Idk about “just average” but career was just inconsistent and peak was short

Wait okay this is a genuine question and I would like to know--when was his peak?

He fell off hard immediately after his mvp season so probably that year honestly. And maybe his rookie year but he threw like, a LOT of picks that year

I’m genuinely not sure if he’ll be a hall of famer. Like if Donovan Mcnabb wasn’t good enough to get in the hall of fame cam newton got about a snowball’s chance in hell

Idk how you can see he couldn’t compete when he had an MVP, multiple great seasons around that, an NFC championship, and other playoff appearances. This comment makes him sound like Johnny Manziel

I agree. But skill wise he could’ve been had he gotten more consistent production. Ron Rivera ran him into the ground until the injuries became too much to come back from.

He also had the better team than most QB’s who didn’t win

I didn’t know Jalen Hurts picked off Patrick Mahomes twice, sacked him multiple times, threw TD’s to himself in a 1 vs 53 game. I must have been watching the wrong game.

This is taking it to an extreme level, prime Cam was really good and probably did more for that squad than Jalen Hurts (probably why one won mvp while the other didn’t) but I would never say Prime Cam was a goat He was a physical runner who had decent accuracy but once his body started wearing down it was pretty much over
